Path Personnel is a family-owned staffing agency founded in 2014, with a mission to break the cycle of poverty and improve the lives of individuals and families in today’s economy. As an employment agency with a mission, we are dedicated to providing access to stable, livable wages through meaningful employment opportunities that create a better future for those we serve. In essence, our mission goes beyond just staffing—it is about building stronger communities and making a lasting, positive impact in the lives of the people we place in jobs.
Since our inception, Path Personnel has successfully placed over 200 individuals in jobs across Texas and New Jersey, allowing them to secure stable incomes and opportunities for long-term success. Furthermore, as an employment agency with a mission, we believe that by empowering people with meaningful work, we can provide them with the foundation to create better lives for themselves and their families.
